Sydney: Today we were going exploring around Sydney but first we had to catch the train and after catching so many there was no real fun about it any more until, that was we found out they were double decker! Once we were in Sydney we all started wandering through the streets looking at everything. We then arrived at the Sydney Botanical Gardens and decided to find a seat near the harbour and have lunch.
While we were strolling through the gardens I just randomly looked up and there, up in the tree, was heaps of flying foxes they were all just scattered through out the many trees in the garden. After taking some photos we walked over to a seat near the waters edge to have some tucker whilst looking out over the harbour and the bridge. Almost immediatly after finishing our lunch we bagan to walk along the edge of the harbour to where the opera house lay.
Once we had taken some photos of the Sydney Opera House we quickly ran over to the ferry wharf so we could embark on a ferry over to Manly. We made it just in time to catch the next ferry so once boarded the ferry began the journey to its destination. Manly was very busy and when we got to the beach it was as if as long as the sun was out people would be swimming. Mum and Dad being the awesome parents that they are bought us an ice-cream, then we hoped back on the ferry and went back home.
Sunrise: This morning we were in a huge rush to get down to Martin Place as fast as possible so hopefuly we might appear on Sunrise. When we arrived there were already people standing around trying to be seen. After a while we gave up on the idea of trying to be seen behind the glass window so we waited around near a spot where they were setting up cameras. We began to wait for the end of the show, when they would come out and finish the show off. After a lot of waiting they finally came out, so we got our Aussieroadtrip.com poster out and held it up for everyone to see. After it was all over they started giving everyone there autographs, in the end we got everyones except Kochie’s, Fifi’s and Grant’s, all the people I wanted to see. We then left and caught the train to Luna Park.
Luna Park: When we arrived at Luna Park Mum and Dad bought the tickets then we began going on all the rides. I went on all of them exept the Tango Train. My favourite rides were the Rotor, the Flying Saucer, the Ranger and the Tumble Bug they were all pretty awesome! But after a while more and more people were coming and I couldnt be bothered waiting in line for ever so we left.
